Data Ownership & Access. All data submitted to, generated by, or processed through birddawg.shop, birddawgnetwork.com, and birddawg.net is the property of Data Network Analysts. Data Network Analysts reserves the right to access, analyze, and utilize this data for platform operations, improvement, and business purposes.

Agreement to Share Information. By creating an account, listing an item, submitting a form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to share your information with Bird Dawg Ltd. and its affiliates for the purpose of facilitating your requested transactions and services.

Scope of Sharing. Bird Dawg Ltd. will not share your personal information beyond the scope of the specific transaction or service you have initiated. Information is routed only to the business, service center, or affiliate directly involved in your request.

Subsidiary Relationship. Bird Dawg Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Data Network Analysts. All legal rights, data ownership, and operational authority ultimately reside with Data Network Analysts.

Platform Accuracy. While we strive to maintain accurate listings, valuations, and business information, Bird Dawg Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, user-submitted listings, or automated valuations. All valuations provided through the "What's It Worth?" tool are estimates and should not be considered appraisals.

Dispute Neutrality. Bird Dawg Ltd. remains neutral in disputes between buyers and sellers after a transaction is completed. We facilitate the transaction infrastructure but are not a party to the sale itself.
